According to KETK, the City Council passed its final approval Wednesday for a special permit allowing the park to move forward.  The plan will be rolled out in two phases.   Phase one will bring in the actual food trucks.   Phase two, which was added in this week, includes turning the park into an entertainment venue with live music. Phase one is expected to be open sometime this fall.
