Stepha\u00e2\u20ac\u2039n\u00e2\u20ac\u2039ie Taylor moves into her new position Monday. Taylor most recently served as Director of Community Outreach and Public Information Officer at the Northeast Texas Public Health District.  According to a news release, she has more than 15 years of experience in the public health and nonprofit sectors.
