KETK reports the dogs&#8217; owner, Betty Kennedy, 73, of Mabank, faces animal cruelty charges.  Officials say the chihuahuas, yorkies, shihtzu, and schnauzer mix dogs &#8212; males, females, puppies and adults &#8212; were living in their own wastes, were covered with fleas, suffered from mange, had internal parasites, and lacked proper water.  They were taken to facilities in Dallas.
