TxDOT Tyler District spokesperson Kathi White says work is scheduled to begin Sunday afternoon at 3:00. The contractor will be working in preparation of moving northbound traffic to the southbound lanes.  They expect the change in the traffic flow will be completed by 6:00 Monday morning, but it could be as late at 8:00am.
