Patrick Terry Gilbert was indicted in November on charges of bank robbery; using, carrying and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence; felon in possession of a firearm; and possession of an unregistered firearm in the Oct. 23 robbery of Capital One Bank in the 1100 block of Judson Road.
