Sixteen-month-old Madison Cannon was found unresponsive in a home on McKinney Street in Winsboro in April of last year. She was first treated at a local hospital, and then flown to Children&#8217;s Medical Center in Dallas, where she later died.  An autopsy showed the little girl died from blunt force head trauma and the death was ruled a homicide. At the time of the death, police said there were persons of interest in the case, but no one was ever arrested.  Now, a grand jury has issued a no bill in the case.
