Jeffrey Lynn Arnold, 32, of Quitman has been charged with continuous family violence. Authorities say the 2 month old girl suffered fractures and bruises. It appeared as if the injuries occurred over a period of time. Arnold is described as a white male, 5&#8242; 8&#8243; tall and weighing around 145 pounds. A $1,000 cash reward is being offered for his arrest. He may be in the Athens and Henderson County area.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In late February the little girl arrived at a Qutiman hospital with four fractured ribs on each side of her chest and a fractured right humerus, or upper arm bone. The child was moved to Children&#8217;s Hospital in Dallas.  Doctors there determined the infant had 19 fractured bones and additional bruising on her body.
