At a called Monday night meeting the board selected the school&#8217;s Vice President of Instruction, Dr. Jerry King, for the post. King has been with the school since 1975, serving in a variety of position. He was even Mayor of Athens for for 10 years, starting in 1995.  The post became vacant late last month when school trustees suspended president Glendon Forgey.
