Smith County Sheriff Larry Smith says several injuries have been reported, but fallen tree limbs and power lines are slowing first responders from reaching some areas. A trained storm spotter saw a tornado near Lindale shortly before 6 p.m. Friday. Smith County Judge Joel Baker issued a disaster declaration late Friday night.
