Deborah Ogden Williams, 47, pleaded guilty on April 12 to mail fraud. She was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison yesterday by U.S. District Judge Leonard Davis.  Williams was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $626,717.99.    <\/p>\n<p>Federal prosecutors say Williams began working as a bookkeeper for K-K Mobbs Construction in 1994.
