Taken into custody Thursday night was 36 year old Shun Lacree Butler. After several traffic violations and an unrestrained child in the front seat, a sheriff&#8217;s deputy tried to stop him. They say Butler kept going, but not over 35 miles an hour. He finally stopped in the 1800 block of Kurth Drive.
