Ricardo Martinez Pineda, 35, was arrested April 4th in northeastern Arkansas. Jail records show he was extradited back to Smith County and booked into the jail Tuesday night. Pineda is said to be one of two men who fired on sheriff&#8217;s deputies who had tried to stop their car in western Smith County March 21st. No one was injured.
