Aaron Smith will assume duties as Whitehouse City manager between April 30th and May 2nd. A graduate from Tyler&#8217;s Robert E. Lee High School, Smith brings managerial experience from Ogallala, Nebraska and Tulia, Texas. He will be succeeding Kevin Huckabee who was embroiled in controversy last year.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ktbb.com\/post\/wp-content\/media\/2016\/02\/Christopher-Moran.jpeg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-458452\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ktbb.com\/post\/wp-content\/media\/2016\/02\/Christopher-Moran-150x150.jpeg\" alt=\"Christopher Moran\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-458452\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ktbb.com\/post\/wp-content\/media\/2016\/02\/Christopher-Moran-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/ktbb.com\/post\/wp-content\/media\/2016\/02\/Christopher-Moran.jpeg 198w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAnd school trustees in Whitehouse officially named Dr. Christopher Moran as the new school Superintendent. He had earlier been named the lone finalist for the position. He&#8217;ll be leaving his job as the Brownsboro school superintendent and starting his new job in Whitehouse on April 18th.  When named the lone finalist for the post Moran said while looking forward to being back in Whitehouse, he admitted to be making the move with mixed emotions. He said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the Brownsboro school district has been a fantastic place to live.
