All four students that competed at the Meet placed in the final four round. Both Alec Ramsey (Senior) and Jonas Thrasher Evers (Junior) won gold. Sophomores Ronak Desai and Anthony Wyatt won silver. Jonas and Alec, who were undefeated for the entire tournament, are the first two-time debate state champions in Lindale history. Jonas is also the first two-time golden gavel winner in Lindale history.
