He is identified as 62 year old Tommy Stanley. He served three terms on the commissioners\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 court from 1990 to 2002. He was killed when his motorcycle and an SUV collided around 10:30 Monday morning on U.S. Highway 259 near Henderson Lane. The Department of Public Safety says the SUV was pulling onto the roadway from a private drive when the vehicles collided.
