Officials say crews will continue to monitor areas prone to flooding throughout this event. The following have been closed due to flooding or have high water. Please be advised that these conditions are continually changing as water recedes or rises.<!--more-->   <\/p>\n<p>Smith County:<br \/>\n&#8211;\tUS 69 north of Loop 323 at Black fork Creek water has begun to rise in outside lane<br \/>\n&#8211;\tI-20 previously closed at Mile Marker 558-559, westbound, right lane due to truck wreck, now open to traffic<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 2868 expected to be closed for several days due to high water<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 724 west of SH 64<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 2710 closed west of FM 14<br \/>\n&#8211;\tCrews monitoring several other locations with water over the road and removing as downed trees<\/p>\n<p>Gregg County:<br \/>\n&#8211;\tUS 259 Bypass closed at Rabbit Creek in Kilgore between SH 31 and FM 349. Traffic rerouted to FM 349 W and back to US 259<br \/>\n&#8211;\tSH 135, just south of US 271 at Gladewater open but water over the road. Caution advised!<br \/>\n&#8211;\tSH 135 closed at the Traffic Circle near the railroad underpass in Kilgore<br \/>\n&#8211;\tLoop 281 closed at FM 2087 with traffic detoured<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 349 closed between FM 2011 and FM 2276 (NOW OPEN but caution advised with more rain)<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 1650 closed from US 259 to the county line<br \/>\n&#8211;      FM 2012 closed from the county line to SH 31<br \/>\n&#8211;      SH 31 southbound closed at the US 259 Bypass from I-20 to US 259 Business in Kilgore <\/p>\n<p>Anderson County:<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 315 north of FM 837 between FM 837 and US 175<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 320 closed between Loop 256 and FM 645 (NOW OPEN)<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 321 closed at Catfish Creek just west of Tennessee Colony <\/p>\n<p>Cherokee County:<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 856 in Concord area closed between FM 2274 and FM 13 due to flooding<br \/>\n&#8211;\tTrees down around the county<\/p>\n<p>Henderson County:<br \/>\n&#8211;\tSH 31E eastbound lane between Murchison and FM 1831 (NOW OPEN but caution advised)<br \/>\n&#8211;       FM 2636 in Malakoff area is closed at FM 3441<\/p>\n<p>Rusk County:<br \/>\n&#8211;\tUS 259 closed north of FM 850 to south of FM 850 (NOW OPEN)<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 3053 has water over road at Overton between FM 850 and FM 1693<br \/>\n&#8211;\tSH 64 closed east of SH 42 to Loop 571<br \/>\n&#8211;\tSH 42 closed west of FM 2012 to FM 918<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 838 closed between FM 2089 and SH 323<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 850 east of US 259 to FM 2276 <\/p>\n<p>Van Zandt County:<br \/>\n&#8211;\tSH 110 south of FM 1255 at Grand Saline has one lane closed<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 16 closed north of I-20 as well as north of US 64<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 857 closed near the Smith County line<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 1256 closed east of FM 316<br \/>\n&#8211;\tTrees cleared from FM 1995 and FM 1652<\/p>\n<p>Wood County:<br \/>\n&#8211;\tSH 154 closed at Little Sandy Creek between FM 14 and FM 312<br \/>\n&#8211;\tUS 80 at the Mineola Country Club some flooding but water is receding quickly<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 49 closed from FM 312 to FM 2869<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 69 closed from SH 37 to FM 515<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 312 closed from FM 49 to SH 154<br \/>\n&#8211;\tFM 2869 closed from FM 49 to FM 14<\/p>\n<p>As severe weather continues to drench the area, motorists who must drive are reminded to slow down and drive to conditions, pay attention and avoid driving over flooded roads.
