The county&#8217;s fourth annual round up started Saturday. The Smith County Judicial Compliance Department mailed out 3,000 yellow flyers February 19 to people with outstanding arrest warrants for delinquent, court-ordered fines and fees.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Smith County Judicial Compliance Supervisor Sheryl Keel said Smith County joined in the Great Texas Warrant Round Up four years ago, and each year it has grown. There will be about 300 jurisdictions participating in this year\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s round up across the state, she said. From the round ups, Smith County collected $132,000 in 2015; $90,000 in 2014; and $80,000 in 2013.
