According to KETK, the Texas Medical Board took the disciplinary action Tuesday against William Kenneth Huff, 62. Huff was a hospitalist at ETMC Quitman. His contract was terminated in January. Huff is accused of touching the breast of a child younger than 17 and having her expose her genitals. The charges against Huff do not involve a patient or relate to his employment with ETMC.
