Officials say Seeber brings 30 years of nonprofit leadership skills to the organization.   Seeber says she was drawn to the leading philanthropic agency whose stated mission is to leverage women&#8217;s philanthropy as a catalyst for positive change.  She points out that the Women&#8217;s Fund is &#8220;close to reaching a cumulative total of a million dollars in grants since that process began in 2009.&#8221;   Officials say Women&#8217;s Fund members pledge financial contributions that result in high-impact grants benefiting local women and children.
