James Devin Worsham, 26, was in the Gregg County Jail on Saturday awaiting bond. Police said that on Oct. 18, Worsham was driving a truck pulling a trailer on East Loop 281. The truck hit a car trying the cross the loop from the northbound ramp off Eastman Road, the Longview News-Journal reports.
