According to the Longview News-Journal, the jury indicted Jacoda Young, 24, of Longview, for a residential fire just before 10 a.m. on Nov. 3 at 1110 Chappell Street in Longview. The fire displaced the family and caused heavy fire damage to the residence. No injuries were reported.
