The Kilgore News-Herald reports the 50-year-old &#8212; the first of two men to be tried for the October 2014 killing in West Texas &#8212; will be eligible for consideration for parole after 30 years behind bars.  Charles Levi Morrow is the second man accused of beating, stabbing and shooting the 28-year-old Kilgore High School alumnus and burying the man under a half-ton of rocks in the area known as Terlingua Ranch.
