The event runs from 9:30am to 1:00pm, or as long as the bags last.  Keep Tyler Beautiful says it&#8217;s using this program to educate the Tyler community on the pros and cons of using the thin plastic bags or the brown paper bags used by retailers to package up goods at the checkout line.
