According to KETK, the body of Trey Sands was found buried under a pile of rocks on a West Texas ranch near Alpine in December of 2014. Brewster County Sheriff Ronny Dodson said Sands was staying with a friend in Terlingua and had an altercation with the suspects. Sands was last heard from in October 2014 during a hunting trip in the Terlingua mountains, according to family members. Two weeks after he disappearance, family members contacted the sheriff&#8217;s office to report him missing. Sands&#8217; truck was found at the home of Keith McWilliams.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>McWilliams has been charged with first-degree murder. A second murder suspect, Charles Morrow, had his trial slated for February 22.
