The Smith County Grand Jury has indicted Tiffany Lashay Collins, 26, a resident of one of the apartments. She is said to have admitted to a deputy county fire marshal that she had started the fire.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The fire was reported just before 1:30 that morning in the apartments at 317 South Industrial Street. One woman broke her leg when she jumped from a second floor as the flames quickly spread throughout the complex. <\/p>\n<p>Collins remains in the Smith County Jail on the arson charge.
