KETK and the Longview News-Journal report William Kenneth Huff, 62, is accused of touching the breast of a child younger than 1 and having her expose her genitals in June.  Huff was employed at ETMC Quitman as a hospitalist, ETMC Affiliate Marketing Manager Deleisa Johnson said in a statement Friday. ETMC administration became aware of his Gregg County indictment earlier in the week, Johnson said, and the decision was made to terminate Huff&#8217;s contract.  The charges against Huff did not involve a patient or relate to his employment with ETMC, she said.
