According to KETK, an arrest warrant revealed the child&#8217;s maternal grandmother called after the mother, Jamie Nelson, 24, told her the child was having seizures after hitting her head.  The police say the child&#8217;s injuries were inconsistent with the parents&#8217; story.   The child had marks all over her body, and police are now saying the parents failed to act after the child was unresponsive for two hours.  Aaron Bowling (pictured), 26, is being held on charges of injury to a child with intent to commit serious bodily injury.
