She is  Peggy Hagler, 57, of Gilmer. she was rescued around 5:30 Tuesday morning north of Big Sandy at Big Sandy Creek on Farm Road 1002 and Aspen Trail. After being rescued, Hagler was taken to Tyler&#8217;s Mother Francis Hospital, where she later died. Smith County Justice of the Peace James Meredith, ordered an autopsy. About an time later a driver, who drove around the fire trucks, also had to be rescued. He was not injured.
