In a prepared statement, Gohmert said the Omnibus &#8220;included some good initiatives such as ending the ban on oil exports,&#8221; but &#8220;the President\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s war against people with jobs involving coal is funded as are federal programs that allow millions more acres to be put off limits for oil, gas, or other mineral production.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Gohmert also bemoaned the bill&#8217;s continued funding of  Planned Parenthood.
