Mitchell Hill Jr., 45, was arrested at his Smith County home on County Road 3132. The Longview News Journal reports he was arrested as he was standing over Kendrick Chumley, whose hands were tied and who was bleeding from a cut on his face. He is said to have used his daughters cell phone to lure Chumley to their house. It was Hill&#8217;s wife who called Smith County authorities. She was afraid of her husband&#8217;s anger and what he might do. She told deputies they have had problems with someone picking up their daughter in the middle of the night and possibly having sex with her.
