According to a KC news release, the allegations were submitted as affidavits to TDSHS claiming that the college improperly mismanaged asbestos from 1990 to 2014.  The report states that no evidence was found to support any of the accusations.  The letter reads, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The department has reviewed the allegations and performed an investigation of the complaints.
