Anastasia Hilliard, 45, of Whitehouse, died Thursday morning in a Tyler hospital. The accident happened in front of the TJC&#8217;s Regional Training and Development Complex. Police say a truck crossed over the median and hit Hilliard&#8217;s SUV head on. The truck&#8217;s driver, Jesus Gonzalez, 26, of Brazoria, and his passenger, Rodolfo Mendoza, were both injured.
