The shooting happened near the intersection of Cedar Ridge Drive and Bent Oak Lane around 5:00 Tuesday afternoon. Investigators says a 14 and 16 year old boy got into an argument when the younger boy got a hand gun and shot his brother in the leg. The boy was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The 14 year old is being held at the Smith County Juvenile Attention Center.
