KETK reports the thieves have been spotted in area stores buying merchandise with forged checks reported stolen from mailboxes during the last few months. The bandits purchased items at Wal-Mart stores in Mt. Pleasant, Center, Jacksonville, Tyler, and Harrison County. <!--more-->   <\/p>\n<p>The thieves&#8217; plan is to buy items from a Wal-Mart with the forged checks, then drive to a different Wal-Mart and return the merchandise for cash. All of their images have been captured in various stores around East Texas. The thieves are believed to be driving a silver four-door Toyota pickup.
