Tyler, Lubbock, and four other markets will see about two dozen cars during phase one of the trial run. Domino&#8217;s will be offering the $20,000 cars to local franchisees.  The car is called the DXP &#8212; as in delivery expert &#8212; and is a converted Chevy Spark.  The company hopes to have the cars in operation by Thanksgiving.
