The incident occurred during a traffic stop shortly after noon on Tuesday on Farm Road 968 near the Shady Grove mobile home park. According to KETK, the Gregg County Sheriff\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Office says Chief Wesley Freeman suffered head injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Arrested was  Felesia Meshaun Ford, 40, of Longview. She was taken into custody by Harrison County sheriff&#8217;s deputies on Interstate Highway 20.
