Roger Dale Mullins Jr., 33, is charged in the death of Angela LeeAnn Mullins, 24. He remains in the Upshur County Jail under a $1 million bond. The woman&#8217;s body was found Friday night following a standoff with law officers. She was found in the couple&#8217;s home west of Gilmer off of Farm Road 49. Officers had been called to the home following a report of a man with a gun.
