Over 200 persons spent Saturday night at Pounds Field Airport at a \u201c1940\u2019s Hangar Dance.\u201d It was sponsored by the Historic Aviation Memorial Museum. The backdrop to the event were cars from the 40s and World War II air craft. Music from the 40\u2019s was provided by the Tyler Big Band. <\/p>\n<p>Interim director of the Aviation Museum, Danny Sessums, says the role-playing dance is a great learning tool. &#8220;You identify yourself through somebody else&#8217;s eyes, looking at their time through that perspective.
