It happened just before 2 a-m at Bunny\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s convenience store at Loop 323 and FM 14. Laprida Shears, 25, Tyler was fatally shot during the incident.  Smith said the ongoing investigation determined two groups, with affiliations with Tyler and Longview gangs, were involved. Five suspects have been named. 44 search warrants in Tyler and Longview have been issued.
