It happened around 10:35 Thursday morning at Holly Lake Ranch. The victim, 55-year-old Cecil Fulfer, Jr., was pronounced dead at the scene.  The Wood County Sheriff\u2019s Office Criminal Investigation Division has been processing the scene and collecting evidence. According to KETK, as part of the ongoing investigation, they&#8217;ve also been interviewing neighbors and potential witnesses.
