The board will meet at 11:00 a.m. Thursday for a public hearing on a proposal to increase tax revenues.  TJC&#8217;s Fred Peters explains that trustees are proposing the same rate as the current one &#8212; .199926 per $100 valuation &#8212; but that more revenue would come in due to increased property valuations.  Peters says the average tax bill would be just under $275, compared to a little over $264 last year.
