The state\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s legalization of cannabis oil for epilepsy patients has opened the door for the marijuana industry.  Now that Texas will manufacture the marijuana extract, it will need licensed growers and manufacturers.  This is where consulting groups like the Medcan Foundation come in.  That organization&#8217;s holding seminars all around Texas to help companies land marijuana growing contracts.
