According to KETK and the Longview News-Journal, Joey Huddleston, 35, was arrested April 27 on East Loop 281 after police say he made arrangements to meet with a 15-year-old boy on Airline Road. Police said Huddleston was aware of the boy&#8217;s age before the meeting. Huddleston had been communicating with the boy through online messages and traveled to meet the boy &#8220;with the intent of engaging in sexual conduct,&#8221; according to police.
