KETK reports the city of Tyler, security, and Tyler police were awaiting the passenger when the plane arrived. Officials said the man had allegedly been drinking prior to his flight and was intoxicated by the time he boarded the plane.  During the flight, scheduled from Dallas to Tyler, the man reportedly became unruly with a flight attendant. The landing was then classified as an emergency, and the unidentified passenger was handcuffed once the plane was on the ground.
