According to KETK, the Cherokee County District Attorney&#8217;s Office says Martin J. Francis, 19, entered a guilty plea on three counts of indecency with a child by contact on June 15 &#8212; but never showed up for the punishment phase of the trial.   The DA&#8217;s Office said the jury had already assessed a two-year prison sentence for Francis.  Authorities say they were able to track down Francis Friday night at a Palestine hotel.
