State Representative Matt Schaefer of Tyler told KETK he&#8217;s against the decision and that marriage should be defined by each state.  According to Schaefer, &#8220;Marriage is nowhere mentioned in the Constitution.  That&#8217;s why the state of Texas defines marriage in our constitution as being between a man and a woman.
