Lee Roy Scales, 51 and Anita Delois Caldwell (pictured), 36, were booked into the Smith County Jail. Officers said they are believed to be responsible for several purse snatching incidents that occurred Thursday and Friday at Sam&#8217;s Club, Home Depot, Big Lots, and the Wal-Mart on Highway 64 West.
