The Freedom from Religion Foundation is threatening a lawsuit unless the city of Hawkins relocates a sign on city property that reads, &#8220;Jesus welcomes you to Hawkins.&#8221; A recent city council meeting addressed the issue, but no action was taken. Now, smaller signs have been popping up all over the city in people&#8217;s yards with the same message.
