Officials say Caldwell and his girlfriend were asked to leave IHOP on the West Loop due to a disturbance.  Police were then called by a driver who said the two were out in traffic, with Caldwell chasing cars on foot.  The two then reportedly entered the nearby Walgreens and became disruptive.
