The Tarrant County Medical Examiner&#8217;s office also determined the death of Wendale Webb, 44, of Emory was accidental. Fort Worth police arrested Webb on April 5 on suspicion of marijuana possession. Webb, who was located inside his vehicle, was transported to the Mansfield City Jail. He was found unresponsive the following day in a holding cell and later pronounced dead.
